Athletics Day

Hi bloggers  on Tuesday the 19 of November 2019, we did our Athletics day, an annual day.

We have athletics because we like to have competitions. Also we like to stay fit. The whole school joined in and it was really fun. 

I am good at sprints and long jump. But i'm okay at high jump too.

In fact I think i'm pretty good at sports.
My favorite sport in athletics is none i like all of them, high jump, long jump, sprints, hurdles, tennis, 400 meter dash, fun relays, fitness trail. In long jump I jump out 2.18 in the sandpit.

I was in them last year and this year. We won 2 times kea is our house.

Are Cor-bans trip

On Wednesday the 13th of November we went to the Corbans Art Centre. They were called the Pacific Mamas . We did drums and made leis the things with flowers on it.  My favourite part was the drums because we got to play them. We learned greetings, Aloha, Kia orana, Talofa lava and more. Unfortunately there were only some of them. Aunty Tu who is Cook Island, Aunty Jacinda who is Samoan, Fox who is Tongan and Mama Mata who is Hawaiian. We also had a competition who did the best drumming. The girls won because Mrs Law helped them but not us. 
And last we did a dance, it's called hula.
